Today I went with my dad to the store, and I was pointing to the 'Under 18 etc.' tobacco signs and told him that now I can buy cigarettes for mom. He goes and tells complete strangers about my birthday and what I said and they laughed at me so condescendingly; it was awful! This one dude said, "It ain't all that," and left!
I don't want to be treated like a kid and people can act like 'oooo, you're eighteen now, that's a big age!' or anything, but, Jesus, to treat like absolute shyt is a bit much.

| So, like, I'm turning eighteen tomorrow. I'm pretty sure most of you knew that I wasn't any older than fifteen when I started commenting- and I wasn't... Why do I post this entry today instead of tomorrow? I don't know.. Maybe because I don't think anyone would read this entry until tomorrow. Haha...
But now I can have detailed reports on life here at livejournal- woo! It may not be as interesting as the rest of you older people's lives.. But I think I can now connect more by being truthful, yay!
Now I can brag about accomplishments, like being accepted to New Orleans' Tulane University on a 20,000 annual scholarship... That, to me, puts a large dent in the pay, but not big enough not to do some major searching for other scholarships. More on this tomorrow!
People say lying digs a pit. But some lies are only bad for a time, as in the case of age. Now, the pit is covered. My brag, rant, and talk is over. And so is the lie of my age. Everything's much better now!

| why, the majority of the people i know... are just going to have the same unhappy... busy... poor life they had last year.. most of them don't feel good about themselves.. the other half are in just bad spots that... that they cannot improve in.. i want to help.. but there is just no way.. i don't want to be super..woman.. i just want to help in one little way... and i'm tired of writing because words are so FUCKING cheap.. i want to make people happy.. and how often does someone you hardly know, someone you hardly talk to, someone you argue with, how often does someone like that can write a letter or email or message and make you feel better..
since i'm desperate for comfort i don't even need, such words, even if empty, they all make me happy, but the older adults around me or the people miles away on the computer subliminally locked to my own probably aren't going to feel as i do. and some of the want or need.. comfort...

| So, abruptly, I remember the show is set around this time. So I ask me and my aunt to watch it... After it starts- the family is in our EYEtis time, where everyone is sleepyeyed from eating so much- everyone starts migrating to the very cramped front room to watch.
None of them are into anime.. So I thought... Crap, a bunch of anti-anime complainers... But they liked it! Holy shit! That comes every once in a blue moon. My mom kept asking me if the characters were gay and stuff- especially Quatre, and they wouldn't get off him about that.. But still it was pretty cool.. They were really surprised when I told them Marimeia was nine and stuff like that.

I watched Gundam 00 and put this response up: Fell for him? Was that a joke? Or was that.. ya' know.. How cute! Haha... I wondered why they stayed together.. And, awesome! Ireland is finally going to council.. Maybe there would be a discreet newscast about Iraq.. That'll be awesome.. Also, Allelujah.. I absolutely love him.. I knew I would.. But when the villagers were watching everything burn.. That made me sad...
You.. These guys named Grahm and Billy.. are kinda together since the first episode (there are 3) And Billy says.. or Grahm...Well, one of them says to the other "That's why I fell for him." or something along those lines. I would shrug it off.. But I was on the high of seeing this character named Allelujah.. and he's just the sexiest uke-looking character on Gundam 00...who looks like Trowa from Gundam Wing... who is also my favorite character on that show.. *shrugs*
Now, some are just saying that Billy/Grahm only said that to Grahm/Billy because the other was obsessed with Exia... But Billy/Grahm only knew Exia for a short time.. My reasoning, that is, might be wrong.. and anyway.. The old man speaking to Grahm/Billy was talking about his "brashness" or whatever..
Is it important that Grahm and Billy are gay?
...It'll put my mind at ease XD So if I ever write a fic... It'll be based on something true, ya know? I mean.. a Canon fic doesn't come easy to a yaoi-fangirl.

I forgot she was a homophobe. My sister asked her seconds later whether she was a homophobe or not.. and she said she wasn't... You don't say a great gay character is awful because he's gay if you're not a homophobe. Come on, it doesn't make sense. And she went on to say that, like, "How can [J.K. Rowling] say he's gay? That just ruined one of the best characters in the book! There was already one gay person."
My brother, her son, is gay! What the fuck? She's utterly two-faced. She only said she wasn't a homophobe so that we won't go back behind her back and say the truth to her brother. But bro is a smart person.. He'll figure it out when we tell about him about Dumbledore and what momsy said.

| Has anyone seen Battle Royale? Have any of you friends who like this manga or movie? 'Cuz, gosh, I wanna fan-geek about it to someone.. ANYONE!! XD
It's really really really really really really really good. Heck, I'm probably over-rating it, but damn-shit I thought it was as cool as all get out.. I'm reading the second part..
Battle Royale is not for the weak-minded or weak-hearted.. I'm serious.. Don't take affection to anyone in this manga or you'd end up getting very, very, very, very, depressed...
One more thing.. I suggest you read the 15 volumes in one sitting.. I know it is a lot... but I believe it is for the best XD Bums you out every chapter..

EDIT: Blitz Royale has the ugliest art.. I'm an art freak when it comes to manga.. and it's really ugly compared to the first one.. Gosh.. There is no hot guy to get attached to.. but damn.. the attitude is pretty much the same which is why I'm still gonna read it..
